As part of development group Lewis & Travis, LLC, Scott Lewis Homes developed Woodland Ridge, a 13-lot subdivision in the Dunlap school district, in 2004. The heavily wooded piece of ground was developed into thirteen estate-sized lots ranging from one to seven acres, all with plenty of privacy and access to the beautiful Rock Island State Park Trail.
With Scott designing and building all the homes, the character and quality were kept to a standard of high quality that would last for generations. This is how we approach every project, from minor remodels to major multi-home developments.
